Creative and Interactive Conference Booths

At BIG INK we love a creative challenge. Figuring out the best way to make each clients’ project Create Delight is one of our core values. Genoa Healthcare is one of those partners that consistently brings unique ideas to the table for creative and interactive conference booths. Each year they host an art celebration to recognize their consumers’ talents and the healing power of art. It was a submission from one of those celebrations that became the focal point of their booth at the NatCon24 conference in St. Louis last month. The booth theme was Rooted in Care. It featured garden/flower-related references to illustrate how on-sure pharmacy services can help mental health clinics grow and they asked BIG INK to help them bring this idea to life with an interactive booth.

Genoa Healthcare wanted to scale the winning submitted artwork, by Kellina L., to a large 5’ x 5’ format. We enlarged and printed the original art onto a canvas material and created a wooden frame for mounting. Then we carefully cut and adhered Velcro to only the hair area of the artwork. Our team then applied small pieces of Velcro to the back of over 800 colorful artificial fabric flowers. At the conference visitors were invited to attach a flower to the artwork, recreating Kellina’s piece in a three-dimensional way that symbolized the beauty of working together! The creative and interactive booth was engaging, started conversations, and was visually unique.

The finished piece was beautiful, stood out at the event, and most importantly Created Delight among those attending the conference! We look forward to working creatively again on Genoa’s next BIG project!
